Embodied Learning (1:1)
At the moment, I'm choosing to find forms of non-monetary exchanges for sessions with me. Let's compensate each other with our wisdom and solidarity. You can still support me financially by donating:

"Through working with Imọlẹ, I have rooted more deeply in self-trust in a way that supports my rise, and I have learned to honor the integrity of my own vessel in a way that supports my creative freedom. If you are ready to come into deep contact with what it is that you are here to create, from your deepest authenticity and in alignment with the highest service to our collective, I highly recommend Imọlẹ."
Who is Embodied Learning for?
You might be a student feeling disconnected from your studies, even though you're extremely passionate about your field. Maybe you've had discouraging and overwhelming experiences, both externally and internally, either with discrimination and/or with struggles staying motivated, focused and organized. Someone who’s been told you’re not good at learning, or that your academic achievement is the only thing that defines your worth, and somewhere along the way, you believed it: Learning stopped being playful and liberating. You might be someone with a learning difference, diagnosed or not, looking for a space that honors your unique intelligence and ways of knowing, while patiently activating and finding resources that support you. Someone trying to learn a new skill or pick up a long-forgotten one, really scared that you're "just not good at [fill in the blank]". Someone who needs a reminder that learning is not just possible, but inevitable and beautiful. That: We learn more when we make mistakes. A teacher longing to shake up the system, but unsure what teaching can look like beyond what’s always been done. A therapist who senses that you're upholding, even unconsciously, patterns rooted in white supremacy, yet uncertain on how to embody your values within the therapeutic framework that often demands "neutrality". An artist who wants to speak up against the ongoing genocides, but fears the backlash. An activist tired of the cognitive dissonance within movement spaces and organizations that claim certain values but don't live by them. You need to make money to sustain your efforts, but fear being seen as a capitalist and complicit with systems you're seeking to transform.
You might be none of the above. Or all of the above. Maybe you just need someone to virtually hold you as you navigate the heartbreak of oppression.
I'm here for the structured mess and painful joys. The both/and. The "too late", "too much" and "not enough". You are here for a reason. I care to support you in honoring yourself and others.
Examples of how I can support you ...
Let’s say you’re a student who feels disconnected from your studies, even though you care deeply about your field. In our sessions together, we might begin by slowing down and naming what’s actually happening without judgment. From there, we might co-create gentle structures that support your focus without forcing it. If you’re someone with a learning difference, maybe that looks like having space to name the shame, frustration, or isolation that’s built up over years of not being met. We move at your pace, honoring your intelligence without asking you to hide parts of yourself. Maybe that looks like co-creating tools that actually support you, breaking tasks into manageable parts, using color, sound or movement as part of how you process and express what you know. If you're learning a (new) skill, maybe that looks like practicing the skill together in a low-pressure way, breaking it down, naming the fears as they come up and celebrating the messiness instead of trying to avoid it. I can help you notice what's already working and build from there. If you are a teacher tired from the rigid demands of schools and universities, we can explore how to teach in ways that align with your values, without burning yourself out or feeling like you have to reinvent everything alone. If you're an artist fearing backlash, we can hold space for this fear while gently building your capacity to take a stance in ways that create more connection and safety in the long run. I can support you in rebuilding trust in the impact of your art and hope in the world. If you're a burned-out activist, that could look like unpacking the guilt and conflict around earning money while doing justice work and exploring what sustainable activism in aligned spaces can look like.
There are more examples of what a session can look like. I use my lived experiences, intuition and pattern recognition, rather than rely on theory alone. Not to say theory is bad. It's needed too. We can write, move, reflect, or just sit with the questions that don’t have quick answers. This isn’t about fixing. It’s about practicing how to live in alignment, even when it’s hard.

- sharing your skills (e.g. graphic design, tech support, social media support)
- offering bodywork, a healing session or a creative collaboration
- supporting me in getting my poetry and writing published
- offering me a workshop in music or podcast production
- helping me access getting booked for a paid music gig
- opening a door to get involved in a theatre or film project
- teaching me about light, sound, stage or costume design
- get me connected to do a paid workshop, give a talk or do some other form of speaking engagement (I prefer virtual, but sometimes live works too)
- creating an opportunity for me to find a gig in dubbing or voice-over work (I'm interested in being a voice narrator for (non-)fiction and children's books)
- providing herbal remedies, unique furniture/art or second-hand clothes, repair or upcycling, home-cooked food or other forms of nourishment (if local)
- inviting me on your podcast (if it's really cool & our values align)
- amplifying my work through word-of-mouth and testimonials
- helping me connect with aligned artists, healers and organizations
- if you know someone who knows someone (or if you are that someone) who hosts creative retreats close to nature & can get me a sponsored spot
- anything else that feels like a meaningful and respectful exchange (contact me)
The value of any exchange really depends on where we're at in life: what feels possible or needed for us in that moment. I see this as an open conversation: what I/you can give, what you/I can receive and how we meet each other with care.

"Imọlẹ has an approach to healing your relationship with money on a level that will align you to more than just money. Money acquires a spiritual meaning, one of a facilitator to your dreams, a friendship even, one free of shame and full of possibility. Every session contains so much more than I could have possibly imagined and money is just one reflection of holistic healing I experienced with Imọlẹ. I felt held in a container of safety, a cathartic and cozy space to dream big and feel nurtured, especially helpful for me being neurodivergent and sometimes feeling like my dreams are too big and too much to be realized. Thank you to Imọlẹ for overflowing your gifts into this world!!!"

"Imọlẹ's sessions are generous and generative, stretching time in such a way that what emerges feels as though it could never be contained by the constraints of the clock. "There is always enough time," I've learned working with them. From that foundational premise, we take our time in their sessions. To co-create the container; to sit with the feelings that arise from their asking of clear, tender, and necessary questions; and to revel in our discovery that the answers were always already there inside of me, just waiting for this aligned facilitator to witness my truth in full."

"I feel like I was gifted something special. Imọlẹ gives me the feeling that I am important. They open doors to new understandings of my self and my world. All the laughter and relating felt great. I feel like the session could have gone on for much longer and still no time would have been wasted. I discovered interconnections that I never knew about. Highly recommended! Oh, and I was allowed to be as autistic as I really am. I didn’t even know that I was missing that."
*I call us poems because I believe in our inherent poetry.

"Working with Imọlẹ is magic, wisdom and deep healing. Their workshop helped me safely process trauma around money. As a marginalized person, I felt not only seen but held in all parts of who I am in the workshop to heal."

"Imọlẹ has the special gift of dealing with topics with great intellectual depth. I feel blessed again and again by the wisdom that comes from conversations with Imọlẹ and applies to my own life situations."

"Imọlẹ provides a safe space where you can reflect on your beliefs about money and explore how those beliefs have been established within you."

"Imọlẹ has a way that they slay spiritually from different emotional dimensions without making it sound too serious or harsh. That's wisdom."
